Paula Jane Gutierrez graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Santo Tomas Catholic university in the Philippines. While in the last year of her college life, she was absorbed by the company where she had on-the-job training. This is where she started her career as a Passenger Service Agent where she handles administrative procedures for passengers before and after every flight. Part of her duties included verifying passenger details, confirming destination information, accommodating passenger needs, and announcing flight delays, and descent preparations. This experience was a launching pad for Paula’s growing career in customer support.

Paula has extensive experience working with an array of customers across different industries. Her experience allows her to be innovative when creating custom programs that add value to our client’s properties.

Paula provides an ongoing first-in-class customer experience with timely and attentive support for all of our customers. Paula ensures long-term client goals by regularly checking in and surveying customer satisfaction.

She is also a strategic partner focusing on developing training programs at CleanServ. This wide scope allows Paula to directly impact training for our cleaners, ensuring they have the most efficient and effective cleaning techniques.

In her free time, Paula likes to spend time with her family watching movies, and TV shows and just spending quality time together.
